PRODUCER
We’re looking for an experienced, UK based producer for a 12 months contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility is the successful delivery of the game and studio projects. To achieve this, the successful applicant will…
- Facilitate team members to do their best work
- Support discipline leads with managing team
- Ensure successful milestone, game release & post-launch delivery
- Make decisions in line with the overall studio & game objectives
- Provide relevant input to inform studio strategy
- Be a studio champion and role model
Requirements:
- Game development on a shipped game title, ideally made in Unreal
- Implemented/run both agile and waterfall game projects
- Proven experience with Jira or equivalent project management platforms
- Experience of the multiple phases of the game development process
- Relationship building with external partners and stakeholders
- Enthusiastic references that can attest to the above
- Be based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK
Bonus Experience:
- Experience working with art or content teams within internal development studios
- Experience working with outsourcers in the Art and VFX sectors
- Comfort with flexible work styles
- Experience creating interactive fiction, branching stories
- Experience in supporting and positively influencing studio culture
